In Xcode news, I figured out my problem. I had mistakenly had both targets the same name. I would say it should be able to figure out that they were different targets, but I realize how difficult developing that kind of system would be when it's just easy to key the structures by name. Besides, who's stupid enough to name the Targets the same (besides me)? If this is the case it should at least check and not let you do it.
