I get the Dish Network at the new place and this latest hoopla has somewhat caught my interest. I say somewhat because they aren't infringing on my Good Eats habit or Cartoon Network's Adult Swim line up. Who needs MTV anyway.

The interesting thing about the hoopla I noticed while I was viewing a Ren and Stimpy episode my TiVo recorded off of Spike TV, one of the Viacom stations that Dish Network was going to . Occasionally they would scroll past these messages at the bottom of the screen informing the viewers what Dish Network had in mind so we could call them up and express our outrage or something. A second or two later a black bar would appear covering this text from Dish Network itself. It was amusing to see this live corporate battle happening from the comfort of my own couch.

In other news Jen has secured new housing so the popular Excorcist Bunnies will be able to be seen again. It should be up within two days. She got nearly 40,000 hits on Monday, the day the server melted! I keep telling her she rules and now I have the numbers to prove it.
